Loved the article, it hits right at the heart of building long term customer relationships. I have to ask, however, what type of owl can actually fit through what looks like a 2 inch hole? I build blue bird houses which look very similar with about the same sized hole. I’ve seen owls that given the opportunity could carry off my little dog.
The hole looks small in the photo, but it’s 3 inches. I think it was the angle of the cameraman that gave it the smallish appearance.
